How can I check the status of my order?
After an order has been placed, it is dispatched as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centres, from where your item will be posted.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery time to Canada and the United States: 3 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to the rest of the world: 3 to 5 weeks.
How to order ?
Simply choose your items from the drop down menu on the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button, then follow the given steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is sent!
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card. You can also pay by Paypal.
For payment with an Aurore card, Bank Card, Maestro and other debit card, you must go through Paypal even if you do not have an account.
To do this, simply select "Buy with Paypal" on the shopping cart page. You can then select "Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit Card" on the next page. Then you enter your country (France), and in the card type you can select your card.
